It has been a crazy couple of weeks here, but I wanted to give you guys an update on everything going on here in the Tam Tam world.

Since I last updated all of you, I went and saw Detective Pikachu! It was a great movie with lots of aww moments. We watched it at the Luxe Theater in Folsom that was a smaller theater with huge reclining seats with waitress service taking our order. It was a good experience overall, except for the waitress who popped out of nowhere to give us our check during one of the intense scenes and scared hubby to death and me a little.

While I was watching the movie, I noticed all the plant Pokémon like Bulbasaur, Oddish, and Bellsprout; but what I didn’t see was any Tamarind Pokemon?!?!? I think there needs to be a Tamarind Pokemon, how about Tamarindsaur? or Tamsprout? Imagine detective Pikachu solving a case with his trustee side kick Tam Tam.

Now doesn’t that sound like a great movie to watch? It was so nice to get out of the house and see a great movie, especially during the Premier. It has rained almost every day the past week. I have never seen so much rain in May. Plus, I have been planning, and working on my branding for Tam Tam.

It’s been so nice to see how many of you read my Tamarind Blog. Seeing all the views has been a great and inspiring experience. Also, a big thanks to all of you who have viewed my 360/VR video of Oakland Lao New Year. I look forward to sharing more 360/ VR videos as time goes on. As stated previously, the TamCast is coming soon.

I have been working on all the tech for it. Currently I am in the process of getting a microphone. When I have everything ready I will start the TamCast and announce it on the site, so keep your questions coming. The #1 question I have been getting asked is “When can I buy more Jams?” Currently I am a one woman show, and making jams can be quite time consuming.

And honestly I am jammed out. I wish I had an industrial size machine to make all the jams in a jiffy. But for now, it is done the old fashioned way. I will eventually be selling Jams through this site and through other potential 3rd party sites soon. But currently I am getting all my branding in order and these things take much time especially with a perfectionist such as I am.

Once everything is established, I will have Jams for sale so please be patient my young tamarinds. I am working on getting you the best jam you ever seen and tasted. This week I will be working with some designers on designing a really cool Tam Tam Hat, or better known as the Tam Cap.

I also will be working with them on some other merchandise that will be coming soon to this website. In the next coming weeks, I plan to be updating you on some of the amazing restaurants we will be going to that have Tamarind. So, restaurant owners you are officially on notice! Please have your best tamarind dish or drink ready and I will be ready to try it and share the joy of it with all of you.

There is so much going on and coming soon, I can’t wait to share and show you all what I’ve been up to. Before I go, I just want to emphasize how much all of you mean to me. I do see all the site views I have had since I started this site not too long ago. I see how many of you read my blog, and I do read every e-mail you send me.

It has been a great experience, and I will show you so much soon in the coming weeks. In closing, I hope you all have a great rest of the week. Have a fantastic Memorial Day weekend. Be safe and eat more tamarind! Bye for now. Peace, Love, and Tamarind!
