Thank you so much for visiting the Tamarind Man’s Jam’s first blog. Your support over the last few weeks has been tremendous, and I want to thank each one of you who donated for the many donations; they have truly helped us get started.
If you have not donated yet and would like to please follow the link to our donation page located here . We accept PayPal which accepts all major credit cards. Wow! What a week we have had, the Tamarind has been plentiful, and the jams have been just as tasty as ever. As we are coming into April there will be many events we will be showing up at; and we will be planning for our first kick off events in the near future.

If you see us at your local Lao New Year, Birthday Party, or Farmers Market, please feel free to come and say Hi, take a selfie with us, or share your Tamarind experience; we would love to hear it.
This week I have been a slave to my kitchen, making batch after batch of jams to thank the many who have donated, and to share with others in my local community. Recently I shared some jams with a local business, and they loved it! They wanted more orders, and I am happy to fulfill them.
I just love seeing the smiles on the many people who have tried my Jams, and the memories the taste of Tamarind has brought them. Recently you have asked me some questions, that I am pleased to give answers to. Who am I? My name is Ly, I am the loving Granddaughter of our inspiration Inh Chanthala, who wants to share the memory of him through the jams he made for me as a child, to bring joy to others in the world.
Where are you located? We have not established a physical location yet, but are expanding our online presence, and currently are available via the internet to answer all your questions and to fulfill all your orders. Where are your events? Our events are coming soon. We have recently inquired to rent a large facility to be our location for our first kickoff event, this event will be open to all our many sponsors, friends, and family of the Tamarind Man’s Jam.
